It is both an honor and a privilege to serve the citizens of Pulaski County as your County Attorney. Since first taking office in 2011, I have approached this responsibility with a deep commitment to public service, a strong respect for the rule of law, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of the people we serve.
The Pulaski County Attorney’s Office is responsible for a wide range of duties that directly impact our community every day. My team and I prosecute misdemeanor criminal offenses and violations in District Court, handle juvenile and family court matters, and work closely with the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office on felony cases through our Rocket Docket Program. In addition, our office oversees child support enforcement, delinquent property tax collection, cold check enforcement, mental health and guardianship proceedings, and serves as legal counsel to the Pulaski County Fiscal Court.
Throughout my tenure, I have worked to strengthen and modernize our office while expanding the services available to the citizens of Pulaski County. These efforts have included adding a dedicated Detective to assist with investigations, securing Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) grant funding to provide a Victim Advocate for those navigating the criminal justice system, expanding diversion and educational programs that offer opportunities for accountability and rehabilitation, and developing partnerships with local mental health providers to address underlying issues that often contribute to repeat offenses.
Pulaski County is more than just the place where I work—it is my home. I was born and raised here, chose to raise my family here, and remain deeply invested in the future of this community. I am proud of the work our office does each day, and I am grateful for the trust the citizens of Pulaski County have placed in us. My staff and I remain committed to providing professional, compassionate, and responsive service while working every day to promote justice, protect public safety, and serve the people of Pulaski County with integrity.
